Refund & Replacement Policy
Because SugarBalance Nabhi Oil is an Ayurvedic hygiene product, we maintain strict return policies to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
- No Returns for Change-of-Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.
- 7-Day Replacement: We offer a replacement window of 7 days from the date of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, broken, or leaking.
How to Request a Replacement
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us immediately at support@vedicnabhi.in with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
